About The Position

This role involves auditing financial documents, performing accounting calculations, and assessing the financial stability of companies. The Auditing Clerk will utilize computer programs for document retrieval, calculations, and data entry into reporting forms. This is an onsite position with a professional business environment and a business casual dress code. Free parking is provided.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience auditing financial documents (1 year)
  • Basic accounting skills (2 years)
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel (2 years)
  • Experience performing calculations and entering information into a reporting form in Excel (1 year)
  • Experience performing accounting calculations to determine financial stability of a company (1 year)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Finance/accounting experience to understand auditing
  • Knowledge of GAAP preferred
  • Previous auditing experience
  • Ability to think critically
