About The Position

We are BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm dedicated to supporting entrepreneurial organizations. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our growing Audit Learning and Development Community. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in innovative projects, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the future of Learning and Development within the Audit Stream. Learning and Development at BDO is integral to our people strategy, working closely with the Audit Stream to identify and address learning needs. We deploy innovative solutions using the latest tools and technology to ensure personal and professional growth while maintaining commercial viability and adhering to regulatory standards. Our aim is to foster a learning culture that equips our people with the necessary knowledge and skills for their aspirations and client service excellence. Our team operates across all BDO offices, with a significant presence in London. Regular travel to London and other locations will be required.
