Our client is seeking an Audit Staff Accountant who is eager to develop professionally and build a successful long-term career in public accounting. This role provides hands-on exposure to audits, reviews, compilations, financial reporting, and client interaction while working alongside experienced professionals committed to mentorship and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 0–3 years public accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- CPA eligible preferred
- Public accounting internship experience
- Experience with audit software
- CPA pursuit underway
Responsibilities
- Assist with audits, reviews, and compilations
- Prepare workpapers and financial statements
- Analyze financial data
- Evaluate internal controls
- Work directly with client personnel
- Support engagement teams throughout the audit process
