About The Position

As Audit Service Delivery Coordinator at SQA Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Client programs by scheduling global supply chain and quality services between clients, suppliers, and SQA’s teams of expert Associates. Throughput, speed, accuracy, and adherence to Client requirements are necessary for success. This role is well suited for an analytical, detail-oriented problem solver who sees how people, dates, requirements, and systems fit together. Strong skills in prioritization, documentation review, organization, and cross-functional collaboration are everyday necessities. Due to client requirements for meeting availability there is a preference for someone located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. This position does not require travel to fulfill regular duties, but initial training may require on-site presence at headquarters and periodic visits may be recommended/requested through the year.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a role related to quality, documentation, coordination, operations, logistics, or supply chain role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams or stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to see how people, dates, requirements, and systems interact and to solve complex scheduling constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines using sound judgement and to explain the reasoning behind trade-offs
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, with a clear sense of when to escalate
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze an issue, identify the cause, and put a practical fix in place
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the judgement to focus on the details that affect Client requirements and compliance
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferred experience with databases, scheduling, project management, or document management software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for backgrounds in operations, logistics, supply chain, business analytics, or related analytical fields

  • Experience in Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, or related manufacturing industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Schedule across SQA’s entire set of services under the Audit family of products: Audits, assessments, and supplier desktop evaluations
  • Schedule and/or prepare assigned services via coordination with internal teammates, Clients, Suppliers, and Associates
  • Prioritize assigned workload based on Client due dates, program risks, and dependencies, taking ownership of the reasoning behind selected trade-offs
  • Make timely scheduling decisions with the information available, documenting assumptions and escalating when a decision carries Client or compliance risk
  • Adhere to scheduling and preparation throughput and efficiency goals
  • Escalate and/or and resolve scheduling conflicts, data discrepancies, and Supplier or Associate availability issues
  • Provide timely and accurate program activity-related status notes for cross-functional transparency
  • Maintain accuracy in all applicable databases, platforms, and systems
  • Scheduling services dates which meet Client due dates
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation including templates, checklists, and technical documentation; checking for completeness and accuracy against Client requirements; correcting errors or escalating discrepancies
  • Coordinate and run planning meetings with internal teammates, Clients, and Associates
