About The Position

Grant Thornton is hiring a seasonal Audit Senior Associate to support the firm during busy seasons and other short-term periods driven by business need. The role involves learning about clients’ operations, processes, business objectives, and risks, then applying that knowledge to enhance financial statement audits. Seasonal associates are included as part of the team and may work at client sites, in an office, or remotely, with teams determining schedules and work locations in response to client and team needs. Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, the position requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a Grant Thornton office or client site. The role also offers formal training to build technical and professional skills. Grant Thornton describes its U.S. services as delivered through Grant Thornton LLP, which provides audit and assurance services, and Grant Thornton Advisors LLC, which provides non-attest services. In 2025, Grant Thornton formed a multinational platform with Grant Thornton Ireland. The platform has $2.7 billion in revenue, more than 50 offices, and 12,000 professionals. Grant Thornton is also part of the Grant Thornton International Limited network, whose member firms operate in more than 150 global markets.
