As an Audit Senior Associate, you will take an active role in leading engagements, supporting team development, and building strong client relationships.

Requirements

5 + years of audit experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Strong understanding of audit standards and financial reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

CPA license preferred or actively pursuing
Experience with governmental, nonprofit and/or employee benefit plan audits preferred

Responsibilities

Plan and perform audit engagements in accordance with professional standards
Identify inefficiencies in accounting and operational processes and recommend practical improvements
Prepare and review complex workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures
Apply professional judgment to analyze findings and draw conclusions
Serve as a primary contact for clients, maintaining consistent communication throughout engagements
Manage engagement timelines, prioritize responsibilities, and adhere to budgets
Review and mentor Associates and provide guidance on technical and procedural matters
Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional service
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's professional reputation
