The Audit Manager will lead teams of senior and staff accountants, overseeing the planning and scheduling of engagements, and ensuring the quality of work product. This role involves monitoring workflow, coaching and mentoring team members, providing feedback, and communicating progress to partners. The Audit Manager will also be responsible for business development with existing and new clients, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying areas for client improvement in internal controls, and working on transactional projects as needed. Participation in and/or conducting technical training sessions is also part of the role. The position requires 30% domestic and international travel to client sites for fieldwork, including meeting with management, confirmation procedures, and testing sample selections.
