About The Position

Crowe is a growing firm seeking Audit Managers with experience in the Healthcare industry vertical. This role offers a partner career path and growth opportunities. As an Audit Manager, you will lead teams, gain deep industry insight, and cultivate client relationships. The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Audit & Assurance professionals demonstrate deep specialization through an understanding of the market and business challenges their clients face and a dedication to audit quality. Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience within the Healthcare industry.
  • Experience in external audit working with Healthcare clients.
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with clients and adequately work on multiple engagements and teams.
  • Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.
  • Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.
  • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks.
  • Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or being able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility of client relationships with a variety of clients to build positive relationships.
  • Leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end.
  • Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
  • Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
  • Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
  • Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.
