About The Position
Armanino is seeking an Audit Intern for the Summer 2027 program. This internship offers hands-on experience in public accounting, working alongside professionals at all levels. Interns will gain exposure to Armanino's operations, participate in interactive programming, and engage in trainings and activities to enhance their skills. The program aims to integrate work with personal life, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and networking.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business with an emphasis in accounting.
Nice To Haves
- Plan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2027 – August 2028 strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the performance and documentation of audit procedures and preparation of workpapers to contribute to the completion of audit, review, and other engagements.
- Work as an individual contributor and as part of an engagement team to support client needs.
- Interpret and analyze financial data and communicate all findings and issues to the engagement team.
- Research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters.
- Engage with client personnel, as well as the engagement team to develop further relationships.
