About The Position

As an Audit Intern with Cherry Bekaert, you will gain insight into the public accounting profession and build a solid foundation for your career. You will work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements, apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using Firm technology, and shadow Audit professionals of all levels. The internship also includes participation in team building and training initiatives, a marketing or research project where you will participate and present, and attendance at social functions such as happy hours, lunches, community service projects, and other outings.

Requirements

• Juniors or seniors enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel
• Candidates must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
• Cherry Bekaert will not provide work sponsorship for this position.
