About The Position

As a Melville - Audit - Intern, you will engage in financial statement audits, gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies and practices. Within our Assurance practice, you will support teams by participating in projects that focus on enhancing transparency and compliance in financial reporting. This role offers a unique chance to observe and contribute to the auditing process, helping clients make informed decisions while upholding integrity and regulatory standards. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to professional environments. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting
  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (i.e., read, write, speak) with business level fluency in Chinese and English
  • Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment
  • Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

  • Supporting audit teams in conducting financial statement audits for clients
  • Participating in the review and verification of financial documents to validate accuracy and compliance with regulations

  • Engaging in data analysis and interpretation to identify patterns and provide meaningful insights
  • Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
