About The Position

Our Audit & Assurance internship gives you real client experience from day one. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learn how audits are planned and performed, and see how assurance fits into the broader advice we give business owners.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, with graduation expected [date range]
• Working toward CPA exam eligibility
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new technology
• Willingness to travel to client sites and between offices within the cluster

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements for privately held businesses, financial institutions, governmental entities, and other organizations
• Perform testing on account balances and transactions, and document your work in audit software
• Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Help gather and organize client information, both on-site and remotely
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and client interactions
