This role is responsible for expanding revenue from existing clients, short-term and long-term business planning, and identifying business opportunities. The Audit Director will manage practice effectively, meeting billing, realization, and days outstanding objectives. They may also be required to meet business development revenue expectations by adding new clients, cross-serving existing clients, and executing a personal marketing plan. This position serves as a key client contact, acting as a trusted business advisor, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The role may involve direct client work, staff management, and serving as an internal Subject Matter Expert on technical matters. Additionally, the Audit Director may be a member of the Senior Operations Management Team, drive a team environment, and support management decisions to build a positive culture. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
