About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Audit Associate with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team and grow with us. As an Audit Associate, you will work directly with senior team members and managers to execute financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an entry-to-junior-level role where you will receive hands-on training, client exposure, and a clear path for career advancement.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in public accounting or a relevant corporate accounting internship.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting (or a related field).
• 150-credit hour requirement completed (or actively working toward it) and a strong desire to sit for the CPA exam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with audit software is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing substantive testing and analytical procedures on balance sheets and income statements.
• Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized audit workpapers that conform to firm and professional standards.
• Evaluate client internal control systems, identify potential risks, and document findings.
• Interact professionally with client accounting staff to gather necessary documentation and clarify financial data.
• Work closely with engagement teams to meet project deadlines and ensure a high-quality deliverable.
