About The Position

As an Audit Associate, you will contribute meaningfully to the audit and review process from beginning to end. You will gain experience through hands-on performance of audit and review procedures on balance sheet and income statement accounts. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, including manufacturing and distribution, construction, real estate, engineering, technology, government, and non-profit. You will interact directly with all levels within the firm, including Partners, Directors, Managers, and Senior Accountants.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Authorized to work in the United States
Qualified and planning to sit for the CPA
Ability to work overtime as needed
A valid Drivers License is required for the position to travel on-site to clients as needed
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrate skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration and problem solving
Analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft programs

Nice To Haves

Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred
