Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, AND two (2) years of experience with audiology operations, including inventory selection, marketing, and coordinating public events, OR An equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of experience as an Audiology Technician.

Responsibilities

• The Audiology Technician assists audiologists, nurses, patients, families and others in order to provide high quality care.
• The Audiology Technician provides support to the Practice by answering patient questions in-person via phone, email or electronic medical record, conducting patient intake, performing hearing aid adjustments, cleaning and repairs, maintaining cochlear and hearing aid inventory, and performing office support duties.
