A leading, nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking an Audiologist to join a well-established ENT practice in Fayetteville, NC. This practice has been serving the community for over 55 years and offers a strong referral network, collaborative clinical environment, and excellent work-life balance. For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to grow into a leadership role. Position Overview: Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM) Employment Options: Part-time or full-time Setting: Busy ENT/medical practice with 4 referring physicians and 2 audiologists currently on staff Patient Volume: Approximately 6–10 patients per day Patient Population: Primarily adult-focused with some pediatrics (6 months+) Established referral base – no cold calling required Leadership Opportunity: For the right candidate, there is potential to take on leadership responsibilities and play a larger role within the audiology team

Requirements

Audiologist
Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina

Nice To Haves

Experience with VNG/balance testing
Experience with pediatrics (6 months+)

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiology evaluations
Manage hearing aid services, including selection, fitting, and follow-up care
Conduct VNG/balance testing
Provide care across a range of patient ages, with a primary focus on adults
Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow clinicians
Participate in team development and leadership initiatives, if interested and appropriate for the candidate
