About The Position
A leading, nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join a well-established ENT practice in Fayetteville, NC. This practice has been serving the community for over 55 years and offers a strong referral network, collaborative clinical environment, and excellent work-life balance. Position Overview: Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM) Setting: Busy ENT/medical practice with 4 referring physicians and 2 audiologists currently on staff Patient Volume: Approximately 6–10 patients per day Patient Population: Primarily adult-focused with some pediatrics (6 months+) Established referral base – no cold calling required This is an excellent opportunity for an audiologist seeking a stable, collaborative environment with strong earning potential and a patient-first culture. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiology evaluations
- Manage hearing aid services (selection, fitting, and follow-up care)
- Conduct VNG/balance testing
- Provide care across a range of patient ages, with a primary focus on adults
- Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow clinicians
