About The Position

360care provides ancillary care services to residents of senior care communities, with a focus on improving access to quality care and supporting dignity and quality of life. The Audiologist serves geriatric and underserved populations at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Care is provided on-site in a treatment room within each facility, and clinicians make their own clinical decisions. This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling arranged around the clinician’s availability and no evenings or weekends. 360care handles scheduling and billing and provides office, coordination, field, and IT support, along with portable clinical equipment and a laptop for documentation.

Requirements

• Doctorate of Audiology (AuD); a master’s degree is acceptable for graduates before 2006.
• Strong background in hearing aid dispensing, fitting, and repairs.
• Audiologist in good standing.

Nice To Haves

• ENT experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, evaluations, and auditory consultations.
• Provide comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid selections, and repairs.
• Dispense and adjust new hearing aids.
• Perform cerumen management where permitted by state professional regulations.
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation using the company’s EMR system.
