About The Position

360care is seeking a compassionate Audiologist to provide audiology services to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, with a focus on geriatric and underserved communities. The services are intended to support residents’ dignity and quality of life. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with compensation and a flexible schedule arranged around the clinician’s availability. There are no evening or weekend shifts. Audiologists make clinical decisions and provide patient care, while 360care handles scheduling, billing, and other administrative support. Patients are seen on-site in treatment rooms within the facilities.

Requirements

• Doctorate of Audiology (AuD); a master's degree is acceptable for graduates before 2006.
• Strong background in hearing aid dispensing, fitting, and repairs.
• Audiologist in good standing.

Nice To Haves

• ENT experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, evaluations, and auditory consultations.
• Provide comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations and hearing aid evaluations and selections.
• Dispense and adjust new hearing aids; fit and repair hearing aids.
• Perform cerumen management where permitted by state professional regulations.
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation using the EMR system.
