About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Audiologist (AuD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Ft. Wayne, IN. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity offers flexibility and professional support without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice. The opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model with on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, a coordinated, team-based care environment, and a value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, allowing the audiologist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality hearing care. This is not a high-volume retail model; audiologists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location, emphasizing quality over volume, consistency and predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree
• Active Indiana dispensing audiology license
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience treating senior populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments
• Diagnose and manage hearing-related conditions within your scope of practice
• Fit and program hearing aids as appropriate
• Provide patient education on hearing health and device use
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
