Provides diagnostic and therapeutic audiology services by selecting and administering behavioral, electrophysiological and other relevant tests, determining type and degree of hearing impairment and effects on comprehension and speech. Establishes treatment goals, fits hearing aides and other assistive devices and counsels patients and families. This role involves working 5 8-hour days, 1.0 FTE at our Coon Rapids and Buffalo clinics, with no call or weekends. The average patient load is 10-12 per day. We serve all ages for hearing tests and hearing aids, including bone anchored hearing aids, and have a new program with cochlear implants for adults. The role offers the opportunity for specialized testing such as ABR and vestibular testing. You will be part of a high-functioning team that collaborates well together, and we are open to new or experienced Audiologists.
