About The Position

360care is seeking a compassionate Audiologist to provide care to older adults and underserved communities in senior care facilities. Audiology services help residents maintain dignity and quality of life. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling based on the clinician’s availability. There are no evening or weekend hours. Audiologists make clinical decisions and focus on patient care while 360care handles scheduling, billing, and administrative support. Patients are seen onsite in treatment rooms at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Requirements

• Doctorate of Audiology (AuD); a master's degree is acceptable for those who graduated before 2006.
• Strong background in hearing aid dispensing, fitting, and repairs.
• Be an Audiologist in good standing.

Nice To Haves

• ENT experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, evaluations, and auditory consultations.
• Provide diagnostic audiological examinations, hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid selections, and hearing aid repairs.
• Dispense and adjust new hearing aids.
• Perform cerumen management where allowed by state professional regulations.
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation using the EMR system.
