This growing hearing healthcare organization is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join a brand-new practice in Mesa, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch of a new hearing healthcare office from the ground up. The practice is backed by an established national hearing healthcare franchise and is focused on providing high-quality hearing solutions and exceptional patient care to adults experiencing hearing loss. We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded provider who enjoys building patient relationships, educating patients, and helping grow a thriving practice in a highly desirable market.
Requirements
- Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Driven, motivated, and comfortable helping build a new patient base
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care

Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing evaluations and consultations
- Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss and treatment options
- Recommend, fit, program, and service hearing aids
- Provide follow-up care and ongoing patient support
- Build strong relationships within the local community
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience while helping grow the practice
