Requirements
- AuD degree or qualifications as a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.
- Current or eligible for appropriate Ohio professional licensure.
- Strong patient communication and counseling skills.
- Ethical, patient-first approach to hearing healthcare.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments within the provider's scope of practice.
- Educate patients about hearing loss, test results, and treatment options.
- Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on clinical findings and lifestyle needs.
- Provide hearing aid fittings, verification, counseling, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience aligned with clinic standards.
