About The Position

This growing hearing healthcare organization is preparing to open a brand-new clinic in the Marlton, NJ area and is seeking an entrepreneurial Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to serve as the lead provider. This is a unique opportunity for a provider who wants to do more than simply step into an established practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help build a clinic from scratch, establish its culture, develop community relationships, and make a lasting impact in the market. As the lead provider, you’ll have significant autonomy while still having the support and resources of an established hearing healthcare organization behind you. This position offers many of the benefits of practice ownership without the financial and administrative burdens that come with owning a business. Think of it as owning the clinic without the headaches of ownership. Instead, you can focus on your patients, build relationships within the community, and grow the practice. You’ll have the opportunity to help build a brand-new clinic from the ground up, establish clinical protocols and procedures, develop the culture and identity of the practice, build relationships with physicians and other referral sources, and potentially mentor and train future providers as the clinic expands. You’ll have the independence to practice your way while benefiting from the infrastructure and support of an established organization. And you won't be expected to build the business alone. The organization provides marketing and advertising support designed to help generate patient volume and establish the new location within the community. Although this is a leadership-oriented and highly autonomous position, you’ll have the backing of an established hearing healthcare organization with nearly 60 locations across more than 15 states. You'll have access to nationwide peer and professional support, manufacturer training seminars, marketing and advertising assistance, a full portfolio of hearing technology, Starkey as a primary manufacturer, resources typically associated with a larger corporate/private practice, and the ability to maintain the personalized feel of a community-based practice. This is more than an audiology position — it’s an opportunity to build and lead a practice from day one, with the support of an established organization behind you.
