About The Position
This well-established and growing hearing healthcare organization is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist for a full-time opportunity in the North Las Vegas, NV area. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys patient interaction, hearing aid sales, and working in a supportive private practice environment with autonomy and strong earning potential. The position offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule, primarily serving an adult patient population. The focus is on routine diagnostics, hearing aid sales, fittings, and follow-up care, with support from an on-site Patient Care Coordinator. It is primarily a solo-provider office with occasional collaboration at nearby busy locations. There is an opportunity for additional consulting responsibilities with affiliated audiology clinics for providers seeking variety. Requirements
- Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist qualifications

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and tests.
- Take ear mold impressions when required.
- Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids; provide auditory rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and their families on hearing health and device care.
- Meet reasonable sales and performance goals.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives.
