About The Position
This growing hearing healthcare organization is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to serve the Greater Towson, Maryland market. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys working independently, values flexibility, and wants to focus on patient care rather than cold calling and aggressive sales tactics. This is a floating position covering approximately 4–5 established offices throughout the region. You'll work from one location each day, seeing an average of 10 patients daily in professional medical offices and business complexes.
Requirements
- Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist license/certification
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to transport a small rolling equipment bag, company laptop, and audiometer between locations
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a private practice setting
- Experience with a variety of hearing aid brands and technologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine hearing evaluations for adult patients
- Recommend and fit hearing aids based on patient needs
- Provide follow-up care and hearing aid adjustments
- Travel between established office locations throughout the Towson market
- Build trust with patients and confidently present treatment recommendations
- Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and case acceptance
- No cold calling!
