About The Position

Join a patient-centered team dedicated to helping individuals improve their hearing, balance, communication, and quality of life. As an Audiologist II, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of hearing and balance disorders while developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Using strong clinical judgment and compassionate communication, you will partner with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities may include comprehensive audiologic evaluations, hearing aid consultations and dispensing, vestibular assessments, patient education, and auditory rehabilitation services. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment, utilize advanced technology, and contribute to the development of future clinicians through mentorship and clinical instruction. Adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards is essential to delivering outstanding patient care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited audiology program.
  • Licensed Audiologist.
  • Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
  • 2 years recent relevant experience.
  • Critical thinking, complex problems solving, decisive judgement and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities and complete work duties within expected timelines.
  • Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies.
  • Effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities.
  • Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.
  • Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement.

Responsibilities
