Provides AV support, services and resources including but not limited to set up, strike, and operation of audio, lighting, video, staging, electrical, and/or other technical equipment. Operates and manages audiovisual systems for clients, guests, and Specialized staff, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability. Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs technical systems and equipment to ensure consistent functionality and uptime. Delivers end-to-end support for virtual and hybrid meetings, including scheduling, hosting, and running webinars and livestream events (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms), managing technical integrations, and guiding presenters, panelists, and attendees for a seamless experience. Supports management and troubleshooting of building security and camera systems (e.g., Verkada) in coordination with Facilities and IT. Provides guidance to other Specialized staff on the safe and effective use of audiovisual equipment and systems when needed. Assists Workplace Services team members in supporting all special event programs and services to include protocols for safety, security, and teammates during onsite and offsite events. Participates in meetings to convey updates, provide technical input, and gather information necessary for planning and execution. Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.
