About The Position
ITLE is looking for a forward-thinking person capable of complex thinking and quick responses. The job consists of troubleshooting AV systems, programming AV systems, repair of Classroom teaching components, help ticket entry, control center operation, and other duties related to broadcast/AV technologies.
Requirements
- High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
- Six months of related work experience, Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience
- Ability to think logically and clearly regarding audio and video technologies
- Ability to perform basic tasks on multiple OS platforms
- Some knowledge of AV systems
- Ability to work somewhat independently
