We are looking for an AV Field Specialist for our Columbus branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see our customers are #1 and we need someone who can take care of them and treat them as such.
  • Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
  • AV/IT Networking: at least 4 years of c ompleting final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Programming Audio Visual equipment is not required but it is a PLUS

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
  • Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
  • Customer service skills (Our clients deserve the best)
  • Other tasks as assigned
