As an Audience Builder, you’ll sit at the intersection of data and strategy, crafting the targeting plans that drive millions in fundraising for the nation’s top conservative candidates and causes. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, audience segmentation, list strategy, or direct response marketing (ideally in political or fundraising contexts)
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Deep understanding of conservative values and a passion for using data to advance them.
  • A self-starter mindset—you take ownership, ask smart questions, and push for results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute direct mail list strategies to support political and nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
  • Analyze donor data to identify high-performing segments and improve campaign results.
  • Collaborate with account managers, writers, and account teams to ensure strategy and messaging are aligned.
  • Review and interpret campaign performance to inform future recommendations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, test designs, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Meet deadlines with precision—every time.
