About The Position
Audi Orange Park is seeking a technology-savvy, outgoing, and customer-focused Audi Technology Specialist to become their in-house expert on all Audi technology. This role ensures customers understand, enjoy, and maximize the advanced technology, connectivity, personalization, and driver-assistance features in their new Audi vehicles. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, loves technology, and can clearly explain complex features. This position is full-time and based in Jacksonville, FL.
Requirements
- Extremely comfortable with smartphones, apps, computers, Bluetooth, connected technology, and infotainment systems.
- Naturally curious and excited to learn new technology.
- Patient and able to explain complicated concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Confident working one-on-one with luxury customers.
- Professional, polished, and personable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable troubleshooting technology and solving problems.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is helpful, but technology expertise and customer service skills are more important.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technology orientations during vehicle deliveries.
- Explain infotainment, personalization, connectivity, and advanced driver-assistance features.
- Complete Audi connect registration, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Complete Delivery Plus requirements and ensure Audi delivery standards are met.
- Conduct second deliveries for customers who want additional assistance after taking their vehicle home.
- Assist customers with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, myAudi, navigation, key-user setup, and connected services.
- Answer technology questions from existing Audi customers.
- Stay current on new Audi models, software updates, technology, and product features.
- Partner with the Sales Team to create a seamless, memorable delivery experience.
- Train and support Sales Associates on Audi technology and vehicle features.
- Become the person everyone turns to when they need an Audi technology answer.
