About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audi Service Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, with a focus on the Audi brand. Experience with Audi, Volkswagen (VW), or Porsche vehicles is preferred. This role ensures our customers receive high-quality, safe, and reliable service.

Requirements

Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is required.
Applicable certifications and technical trainings.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and technical manuals.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Audi, VW, or Porsche preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Carry out necessary repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
Test drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to ensure repairs are completed successfully and to manufacturer standards.
Maintain detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and services recommended.
Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Occasionally communicate with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.
