We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team as we continue to change the industry. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes and on-the-floor champion of the guest experience. You'll support the sales process by ensuring vehicles are prepped, presented, and delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Consultants with test drive prep and guest appointments.
- Engage guests by demonstrating vehicle features and technology in a clear, friendly way.
- Accompany or lead guest test drives when needed.
- Stage and inspect vehicles for delivery (fuel, cleanliness, documentation).
- Review delivery checklists with guests and activate vehicle technology.
- Follow up with guests post-delivery to ensure satisfaction
