Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive sales experience preferred
One year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results in a competitive environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership setting.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their automotive needs, preferences, and budget.
Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by presenting Audi vehicle features, technology, performance capabilities, and financing or leasing options.
Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives that showcase the innovation, craftsmanship, and performance of the Audi brand.
Collaborate with customers, Sales Managers, and Finance & Insurance (F&I) team members to structure and finalize vehicle purchases and lease agreements.
Assist customers throughout the sales process while ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and documentation.
Maintain consistent follow-up with customers before and after delivery to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals, and build long-term client relationships.
Utilize CRM and dealership systems to effectively track customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales opportunities.
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership performance.
