About The Position
America's Auto Auction West Michigan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auction Clerk for our Friday auction sale days. The Auction Clerk plays a key role in the auction process by entering vehicle and sale information into the system in real time as vehicles are auctioned. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where accuracy and focus are critical.
Requirements
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable and punctual, with consistent Friday availability
Nice To Haves
- Prior clerical or administrative experience is a plus
- Auction experience not required
Responsibilities
- Enter vehicle and sale data into the computer system during live auction events
- Work closely with auctioneers to ensure accurate and timely recording of information
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working at a fast pace
- Verify and correct data as needed during the auction process
- Support auction operations as needed on sale day
