We are currently hiring a, Attritor/Mixing Operator - 3rd Shift for our Madison, WI facility. JOB SUMMARY As an Attritor/Mixing Operator - 3rd Shift, you will accurately weigh, measure and mix liquids, solids, and powders in accordance with procedures. Appropriately understand and follow the plant’s OSHE and Quality Systems to maintain a safe workplace and ensure quality product.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions and proceduremanuals
- Demonstrate ability to work well underpressure
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good math skills – able to add, subtract,multiplyand divide in all units ofmeasure
- Demonstrate ability tomaintainexcellent qualityproducts
- Able to pay attention todetails
- Proficient navigating acomputer
- Able tolift up to 50pounds
Responsibilities
- Weigh,measureand mix liquids,solidsand powders to customer satisfaction
- Adhere to guidelines on mixtures andend resultproduct
- Execute batch records andprocedures
- Ensure correct procedural implementation anddocumentation
- Manage materialinventory
- Responsible for helping the site meet their qualityobjectives
- Follow all company safety rules andprocedures
- Assistwith training asrequired
- Maintain a safe,cleanand organized workingenvironment
- Preform plate mountingduties
- Ensure all new tooling is functional for pressneeds
- Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
