About The Position

Oversee the Guest Experience & Operations side of our Attractions areas including Bowling, Arcade, Glow Golf, and Cinema/Projection Operations. This role involves assisting in running the floor to elevate the guest experience, maintaining guest satisfaction, speed of service, and cleanliness of the main lobby, bathrooms, and theaters. The Attractions Manager will also train and develop Team Members in all attraction areas, partner with the Training & Guest Service Manager and Assistant General Manager for team member growth plans, and assist with inventory and replenishment of redemption stockrooms and arcade floor rooms. Additionally, this position requires participation in company leadership programs and weekly calls, ensuring regular servicing, maintenance, and cleaning of arcade games and projectors, troubleshooting and repairing issues with arcade games and projectors, providing IT support for POS software, VOIP phones, and merchant processing hardware, and maintaining all hardware elements of theater projectors, audio, and video systems.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Guest Experience & Operations side of our Attractions areas: Bowling Operations, Arcade Operations, Glow Golf Operations, Cinema/Projection Operations.
  • Assist in running the floor to elevate the guest experience, maintaining guest satisfaction, speed of service and cleanliness of the main lobby, bathrooms, and theaters.
  • Train and develop Team Members in all attraction’s areas.
  • Partner with the Training & Guest Service Manager and Assistant General Manager to develop growth plans for team members.
  • Assist with the orders/inventory, replenishment, and functionality of our redemption stockrooms and redemption arcade floor rooms.
  • Participate in company's leadership programs and weekly calls.
  • Ensure all arcade games and projectors are regularly being serviced, maintained, and cleaned.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arcade games and projectors, compile necessary part orders for Attractions Manager, and complete mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software repairs.
  • Provide IT support for POS software, VOIP phones, and merchant processing hardware.
  • Maintain all hardware elements of theater projectors, audio, and video systems of the center.
