About The Position

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, highly respected law firm to identify an experienced Attorney with an established niche practice to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your practice in a collaborative environment while benefiting from the resources and support of an established firm. You will manage your own caseload while delivering exceptional client service in your area of expertise, whether that includes business law, real estate, commercial/civil litigation, family law, general practice, or another area aligned with the firm's practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in a specialized area, with a proven record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Established book of business with growth potential
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-driven with a focus on professional growth and client satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and handle client cases in your area of expertise, providing high-quality legal services from intake through resolution
• Develop and expand your specialized client base within our firm, with the freedom to shape and grow your practice area
• Deliver client-centered, solutions-focused legal counsel, building long-term client relationships and maintaining client satisfaction
• Engage in business development initiatives, leveraging firm resources to strengthen and expand your book of business
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to integrate your niche within The Wilson Law Group's broader service offerings
