About The Position
Cohen Law Group is expanding into Arizona and is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney with first-party property insurance litigation experience to help establish and grow our presence in the state. Founded on the principle "It's About Justice," Cohen Law Group represents homeowners, businesses, and associations in disputes against insurance companies. This is an opportunity to join an established, plaintiff-side litigation firm while playing a key role in building a new market.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Bar license
- 1-5 years of first-party property insurance litigation experience
- Strong litigation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong case management skills
- Self-motivated
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
- Help build Cohen Law Group's Arizona practice.
- Establish and grow the firm's presence in Arizona.
- Represent homeowners, businesses, and associations in disputes against insurance companies.
- Manage litigation, negotiation, and case management.
