About The Position
Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation to join their growing and dynamic legal team in their Los Angeles office. This role offers the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state. The ideal candidate will be California licensed with strong academic credentials, a passion for advocacy, and the ability to find creative legal solutions. They should be ready to take on responsibility, independently handle cases, and tackle complex issues, including structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. A solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork are critical for success. Requirements
- California licensed
- 3+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation
- Strong academic credentials
