Requirements
- Experience managing caseload, supervising, mentoring and coaching support staff
- Motivated self-starter
- At least 2 years' experience
- Should have history of proven results
Responsibilities
- Successfully work on a high value caseload, including trucking collisions, motor vehicle collisions, premise and other negligence cases.
- Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff.
- Responsible for excellent client communication and diligent action on all matters.
