About The Position

As an Attorney, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal advice and representation to clients across a variety of legal matters. Your primary objective will be to protect clients' interests by thoroughly analyzing legal issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and advocating on their behalf in negotiations and court proceedings. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies tailored to their unique situations. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-6 years of personal injury experience.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant U.S. state(s) where legal services will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws applicable to the practice area.
• Demonstrated experience in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Excellent ethical standards and professional integrity.
• The required skills enable the Attorney to perform detailed legal research and craft precise legal documents that form the foundation of effective client representation.
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills are essential for presenting cases persuasively in court and during settlement discussions.
• Analytical skills allow the Attorney to interpret complex laws and apply them to diverse client situations, ensuring sound legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case development and client advisement.
