Requirements

• Active Nevada Bar license.
• 0 to 10 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test; candidates may also be required to complete pre-screening tests.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort with legal technology systems; Cogent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support senior attorneys with creditors' rights litigation and related matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and discovery documents.
• Appear in court on routine matters and assist with trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with applicable statutes and case law.
• Review case files and assist in developing case strategy.
• Maintain case management systems and ensure legal documentation is accurate.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under supervision.
• Collaborate with legal staff to meet deadlines and court requirements.
• Travel occasionally for court appearances as needed.
