About The Position
The Malki Law Firm is seeking an Attorney to represent clients, with experience handling jury trials preferred, particularly personal injury trials. The attorney will prepare and respond to motions, conduct legal research, prepare for and attend legal proceedings, negotiate on clients’ behalf, maintain accurate client records, and supervise paralegals and administrative assistants. The firm focuses on car accident and personal injury cases and describes its approach as providing clients with compassionate, respectful, and comprehensive support. The role offers compensation of $100,000 to $200,000 per year.
Requirements
- Active member of the Florida Bar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients.
