Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, or sitting for the SC Bar in 2026/2027
• Civil litigation experience preferred
• Familiarity with South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• A proactive team player with excellent organizational abilities
• Community-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Demonstrated strong work ethic through academic and professional achievements

Responsibilities

• Supporting our real estate litigation practice with a focus on title matters and quiet title actions.
• Identifying and resolving complex title issues.
• Researching and analyzing delinquent tax office records.
• Preparing legal pleadings related to quiet title actions.
• Conducting in-depth public record research.
• Presenting cases in court related to Quiet Title Actions.
• Performing legal research and offering practical legal solutions.
