Seeking a real estate transactional attorney to support FPL’s corporate real estate, development and power delivery business management teams. The attorney will be responsible for handling eminent domain matters, drafting, reviewing and negotiating easements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, licenses, relocation agreements and other real estate related documents. The attorney will also assist with project due diligence, real estate closings, title and survey review and other real estate transactional job-related duties. Applicant must be a team player who relates well to clients, management and counterparties, who is self-motivated and who can thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Employees in this role participate in complex legal matters and projects and must deliver timely and quality legal services to clients with minimal supervision.
