Responsibilities

Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases from initial claim to resolution.

Attend hearings, and depositions to advocate for clients effectively.
Analyze case facts and develop strategic defense plans tailored to each case.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
